Order Shipping Returns Contact

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Paypal and Shop Pay. We also provide mobile payment methods through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Certain payment methods may be unavailable for security reasons during a high volume release.

Once your order has been placed, your card will be billed in the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees.

If you have payment issues during checkout, we suggest contacting your bank or card issuer for assistance.

We aim to fulfill your order within one business day. Once an order is placed, it cannot be updated or cancelled.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center in California.

Payment is processed upon order placement. Orders will ship after the scheduled drop's release date. Please note that pre-orders are final and cannot be updated or cancelled, including updates to shipping details.

If we need to cancel your order due to product availability, we will notify you by email and will refund the amount charged immediately. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days to process a refund.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may increase during peak season, for high volume drops and the holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding shipment details.

The tracking number and progress can also be found within your account or on the carrier’s website.

Orders may take up to 3-7 business days to arrive once they leave our distribution center in California.

For inquiries regarding undelivered orders, please contact us at csx@anuboxing.com and initiate a carrier claim.

Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 14 business days of the ancitpiated delivery. Claims cannot be processed beyond this period.

All international orders will ship via express courier (air) within 4-6 business days; shipping may be waived depending on destination.

Anu aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.

The following conditions must be met to return an item:
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for refunds and 30 days for store credit
  • The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, in the original packaging and with hang tags attached

We are not responsible for any risk during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when the return is processed and a refund or store credit is issued.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
